14) When you terminate services commissioned to Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC, you will be the owner of any products such as hosting, auto responder, tools, etc. that you pay for on a monthly service as long as you continue paying the monthly service which will be your sole responsibility to continue at your discretion and all financial obligations will be yours. Any products and services such as hosting, auto responders, tools, etc. that Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC pays for the services monthly, quarterly, annually or any other way the service was purchased will be owned outright by Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC and you will have no claim whatsoever. Any web 2.0 properties, social networking properties, articles, press releases, local directories, keywords, key phrases, images, videos or any type of content of any kind whatsoever that was released for use in any manner to Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC, the right of use will remain with Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC. At the time of termination of campaign by either Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC or you any and all traffic re-directs from any properties, articles, press releases, etc. Or anything mentioned above will be canceled at time of notice of termination and all traffic generated by any efforts of Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC in any way what so ever will belong to and become the property of Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC by sole ownership outright at the time of termination and may be re-directed anywhere at the sole discretion of Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC.
15) Termination of any services, tools, links, properties, architecture, analytics or anything whatsoever created or provided by Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC can be executed for any reason, at any time, without any prior notice by Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC by email notification to the email address supplied by you and used during the time services were rendered. Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC cannot be held responsible or liable for delivery, receipt, or action of termination email notice sent by Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC.
16) The terms of this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Skunkworks Marketing Solutions, LLC. Skunkworks Marketing solutions, LLC’s failure to enforce any provision of this agreement will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. In the event that a portion of the agreement is held unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
